What is Lympthatic Drainage?

Lymphatic Drainage is a process where lymph nodes are drained through a series of gentle movements. Here, we use a glass wand to perform this step at the beginning of a HydraFacial.

HydraFacial has a patented lymphatic device that uses gentle suction. This suction is applied in a specialized directional method to manually massage and drain your lymph nodes. This drainage can improve circulation, depuff, detoxify, tone and firm the face.

The lymphatic system is considered the body’s second circulatory system and is made up of lymph, lymph nodes and lymph vessels. Lymph nodes are small glands that carry fluid, nutrients and body waste from the body tissue and contain lymphocytes (white blood cells) that help the body fight infection and disease. The lymphatic system is a crucial part of your immune system. When anything disrupts this system like bacteria or toxins, fluid starts to build. Lymphatic facials can be added to any HydraFacial or can be done as a stand alone treatment.
